目的 :探讨糖尿病患者血清CA-199及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及两者之间的相关性,评估其对糖尿病的诊断及预后判断价值。方法 :选取2011年1月-2013年12月我院接诊的165例糖尿病患者为观察组,均采用胰岛素皮下注射治疗,检测治疗前后患者血糖、CA-199和hs-CRP水平,选取同期在我院体检的健康者110例为对照组,分别检测血糖、CA-199和hs-CRP水平,并进行统计学分析。结果 :1糖尿病患者血糖浓度较正常人高,经治后血糖浓度下降明显,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;2糖尿病患者血中CA-199与hs-CRP浓度明显高于健康组人员,治疗后两者浓度均下降明显,差异有统计学意义,P均<0.05;3 CA-199、hs-CRP和血糖之间相关系数为0.38,P<0.05,具有明显的相关性;CA-199、hs-CRP之间相关系数为0.57,P<0.05,均呈正相关关系。结论 :糖尿病患者血清CA-199及hs-CRP水平与血糖水平呈正相关关系,CA-199与hs-CRP这两项指标之间也呈正相关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum CA-199 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with diabetes mellitus and to evaluate its value in the diagnosis and prognosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods: One hundred and sixty-five patients with diabetes in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected as the observation group. All patients were treated with subcutaneous insulin injection. The levels of blood glucose, CA-199 and hs-CRP were measured before and after treatment. 110 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group, and the levels of blood glucose, CA-199 and hs-CRP were measured and statistically analyzed. Results: 1 The blood glucose level of diabetic patients was higher than that of normal people, and the blood glucose level decreased obviously after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 2 The levels of CA-199 and hs-CRP in blood of diabetic patients were significantly higher than those of healthy people, The levels of CA-199, hs-CRP and blood glucose were 0.38, P <0.05, and there was a significant correlation between the two concentrations; CA-199 , Hs-CRP correlation coefficient of 0.57, P <0.05, were positively correlated. Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between serum CA-199 and hs-CRP level and blood glucose level in diabetic patients. There is also a positive correlation between CA-199 and hs-CRP.
