汉斯·布姆斯是德国著名的档案学家,提出了社会分析与职能鉴定理论。该理论的提出具有极高的合理性,也存在一定的局限性。合理性一方面源自于布姆斯的成长背景,另一方面也源于理论自身严谨的哲学思想。局限性则表现为对非政府文件的职能鉴定认识不够深入、鉴定成本较高、用编年史回顾时代背景的方法有待商榷三个方面。档案工作者在鉴定时要结合实际情况,有效地运用社会分析与职能鉴定方法。
Hans Burmes, a famous German archivist, put forward the theory of social analysis and functional appraisal. The theory is highly reasonable, but also has some limitations. On the one hand, rationality stems from the growth background of Bubus, on the other hand, it also stems from the rigorous philosophical thinking of the theory itself. Limitations are manifested in the non-governmental documents on the appraisal of the function is not deep enough, the higher the cost of identification, with chronological review of the background of the time to be open to three aspects. Archives workers in the identification should be based on the actual situation, the effective use of social analysis and functional identification methods.
