1 临床资料 例1,男,58岁,背部丘疹、结节20＋d,右肩胛、腋部结节伴痛1＋d入院.入院前20＋d,患者背部中线右侧无明显诱因出现一黄豆大小红色丘疹,逐渐扩大成掌心大小并累及中线左侧,其下可触及结节,继而结节中央出现多个脓头,无明显痒痛不适,无畏寒、发热.入院前1＋d,患者右肩胛区至右腋下出现数个呈串珠状分布的红色结节,稍高出皮面,伴右腋部疼痛,其上无水疱、脓头,门诊以＂痈？带状疱疹？＂收入院.患者既往有慢性支气管病史20＋年,入院时无咳嗽咳痰.否认发疹前有外伤史.
