目的:探讨重症监护室(ICU)多功能动态空气消毒机与紫外线灯消毒效果并比较。方法:采用9 cm普通营养琼脂平皿暴露法,利用平板沉降法采样,对多功能动态空气消毒机杀菌效果进行观察,并与传统紫外线灯照射消毒法作平行比较。结果:多功能动态空气消毒机开机60 min和紫外线灯直接照射60 min均可使室内空气中自然菌下降达到Ⅱ类环境卫生标准(空气中细菌总数≤200 cfu/m3)。但室内有人工作的情况下,该消毒机持续运行可使空气中细菌总数保持在200 cfu/m3以下,符合医院Ⅱ类环境卫生标准,而紫外线不能。结论:多功能动态空气消毒机用于医院ICU空气消毒,其效果明显优于紫外线灯直接照射消毒,具有高效、广谱、杀菌性强、操作简单、性能稳定、消毒无死角、对人体无害等优点,尤适用于ICU病房等II类环境消毒,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of disinfection of multi-functional dynamic air disinfection machine and ultraviolet lamp in intensive care unit (ICU) and compare. Methods: The bactericidal effect of multi-functional dynamic air disinfection machine was observed by 9 cm ordinary nutrition agar plate exposure method and by flat plate sedimentation method. The bactericidal effect was compared with traditional UV lamp irradiation disinfection method. Results: The dynamic air disinfection machine with multi-function dynamic air disinfection machine turned on for 60 min and UV light irradiation for 60 min can cause natural airborne bacteria in indoor air to reach Class II environmental sanitation standard (total bacteria in air ≤ 200 cfu / m3). However, some people work inside the room, the disinfection machine continued operation can keep the total number of bacteria in the air below 200 cfu / m3, in line with the hospital Class II environmental health standards, and ultraviolet light can not. Conclusion: The multi-functional dynamic air disinfection machine is used for air disinfection of hospital ICU, and its effect is obviously better than the direct irradiation disinfection of UV lamp. It has the advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, strong bactericidal effect, simple operation, stable performance, no dead angle and no harm to the human body And other advantages, especially for ICU ward Class II environment disinfection, it is worth promoting application.
