对室温(25℃)养护压实试件及80℃蒸气浴养护压实试件的粉煤灰-石灰活化反应进行相关研究。通过石灰反应量随养护时间与温度的变化,研究粉煤灰-石灰反应动力学特征;通过对各试件性能的对比分析,研究粉煤灰含量、石灰含量以及干密度的变化对强度形成的影响;同时该文也对粉煤灰-石灰反应的热力学参数进行相关研究分析。试验结果表明:80℃蒸气浴养护(SC)可促进粉煤灰-石灰反应,且80℃蒸气浴养护(SC)24h试件强度是25℃室温养护(RTC)28d试件强度的1.2~2.44倍;热力学参数的分析表明:在粉煤灰掺量为50%和70%和石灰掺量为16%和20%时,粉煤灰-石灰反应属于热力学自发过程,且反应为吸热反应。
The research on the fly ash-lime activation reaction at room temperature (25 ℃) compaction test and 80 ℃ steam bath compaction test were carried out.
