在机械产品装配设计实践基础上提出 6种装配约束 ,对装配可行、装配可能和装配不可行 3种情况下的两零件装配可行性进行分析。对装配可行的两零件直接进行定位求解计算 ;对装配可能的两零件进行装配可行性判断后 ,再决定是否进行定位求解计算 ;对装配不可行的两零件不进行定位求解计算。
Based on the practice of mechanical product assembly design, six kinds of assembly constraints are put forward to analyze the feasibility of assembly of two parts under the three conditions of assembly feasibility, assembly possibility and assembly unfeasibility. The two parts that are feasible to be assembled are directly positioned and solved. After the assembly feasibility of the two parts assembled is judged, the decision of whether to carry out the positioning calculation or not is made. The two parts that are not feasible to be assembled are not solved by the positioning calculation.
