选用32个小麦品种(系),在其幼穗长度1.2cm时,喷施1.8‰的化学杂交剂BAU—2,探讨其诱导小麦品种的育性及其生长发育的表现。结果表明:(1)90%以上的品种(系)不育率达95%~100%,BAU—2杀雄效果稳定;(2)BAU—2对小麦柱头的活力有影响,人工、自然授粉结实率均较低,各为6.0%~36.8%、0.6%~34.2%,品种间差异极显著;(3)BAU—2对株高、穗下节间长度、穗长、千粒重、发芽势和发芽率均为副效应;对单株穗数有所增加,它们变幅分别为0.3~16.7cm、1.6~11.1cm、0~1.4cm、2%~99%和2%~99%、0.3~4.4个;小穗数与对照相近。这些不同程度的差异都是由品种间对BAU—2的不同反应所致。
A total of 32 wheat cultivars (lines) were selected to spray 1.8 ‰ chemical hybridization agent BAU-2 at their young spike length of 1.2 cm to investigate their fertility and their growth and development. The results showed as follows: (1) The male sterility of more than 90% of germplasm reached 95% ~ 100%, and the killing effect of BAU-2 was stable. (2) BAU-2 had an influence on the vigor of wheat stigma, artificial and natural pollination The seed setting rate was low, with the seed setting rate being 6.0% -36.8% and 0.6% -34.2%, respectively. (3) The effect of BAU-2 on plant height, internode length under ear, Spike length, 1000-grain weight, germination potential and germination rate were all side effects; the number of panicle per plant was increased, their amplitude ranged from 0.3 to 16.7cm, 1.6 to 11.1cm, 0 to 1.4cm , 2% -99% and 2% -99%, 0.3-4.4, respectively. The number of spikelets was similar to that of the control. These different degrees of variability are caused by the different responses of the cultivars to BAU-2.
