目的探讨大蒜素对白色念珠菌感染小鼠肾上腺功能的调节作用。方法将小鼠随机分为3组:健康对照组、模型组和大蒜素组。模型组、大蒜素组分别建立小鼠白色念珠菌感染模型。大蒜素组小鼠给予大蒜素灌胃,其余组给予等量生理盐水。连续用药14d后,采血,测定血浆促肾上腺激素(ACTH)、皮质酮(CORT)含量;取左侧肾上腺,称重,测定肾上腺指数。结果健康对照组ACTH、CORT和肾上腺指数分别为(21.09±3.08)pg/ml、(14.05±2.66)ng/ml和(0.15±0.02)mg/g,模型组和大蒜素组分别为(32.85±3.93)pg/ml、(24.63±4.18)ng/ml、(0.32±0.07)mg/g和(25.15±3.55)pg/ml、(19.03±2.25)ng/ml、(0.19±0.04)mg/g。大蒜素组小鼠血浆ACTH、CORT含量及肾上腺指数与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素对白色念珠菌感染小鼠肾上腺功能具有调节作用。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of allicin on adrenal function in Candida albicans infected mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into three groups: healthy control group, model group and allicin group. Model group, allicin group mice were established Candida albicans infection model. Allicin group mice were given allicin gavage, and the other groups were given the same amount of saline. After continuous administration for 14 days, the blood was collected for determination of plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone (CORT) content; the left adrenal gland was weighed and the adrenal index was measured. Results The ACTH, CORT and adrenal index were (21.09 ± 3.08) pg / ml, (14.05 ± 2.66) ng / ml and (0.15 ± 0.02) mg / g respectively in the healthy control group and (32.85 ± (19.3 ± 2.25) ng / ml, (0.19 ± 0.04) mg / g, (3.63) pg / ml and (24.63 ± 4.18) ng / . The plasma levels of ACTH, CORT and adrenal index in allicin group were significantly different from those in model group (P <0.05). Conclusion Allicin can regulate the adrenal function of Candida albicans infected mice.
