Teachers are the main body of school education. The professional development of teachers is the key factor that determines the success or failure of education reform. However, for a long period of time, due to lack of understanding of the professional norms, the cycle and the rules and values of professional development, the lack of initiative in development and poor performance planning, teachers’ professional development has been stagnating. Therefore, how to lead the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching has become the most important task.
