浙江台州近期连续发生两起亡人火灾,夺去12条鲜活的生命。两起火灾均发生在出租屋,再次引发出租屋消防安全的隐忧。温岭“2·23”放火案始末2月23日凌晨,浙江省温岭市泽国镇牧西村中行西路一处民房发生火灾,最终酿成8人死亡,17人受伤的惨剧。其中一许姓人家妻儿老小共6人全在这场火灾中丧生。案件很快被侦破,24日,温岭市召开新闻通报会,确认火灾系人为放火所致,犯罪嫌疑人林斌伟已落网。
