PPP模式的作用开始逐渐凸显,并且在由工业和信息化部赛迪智库公布的2017年中国百强县中表现尤为突出。随着新型城镇化的推进,以及东部地区产业向中西部转移、中心城市制造业向周边转移,我国县域经济发展正经历一场新跃迁——即从以乡镇工业为主要内容的点状经济、以园区工业为主的块状经济向融入都市圈或城市群的网状经济的变化。在上述过程中,PPP模式的作用开始逐渐凸显,并且在由工业和信息化部赛迪智库公布的2017年中国百强县中表现尤为突出。
