传统家训中的“廉洁”“廉政”思想对于育人立人、保家兴国具有非常重要的价值和作用,其价值观念基础是儒家的“义以为上”的价值观。传统家训中对人们“廉洁”“廉政”的道德规范要求主要是:崇俭抑奢,节制欲望;量入为出,不吝不奢;取之有道,以义制利;公私分明,为公去私;反贪反贿,拒腐防变;乐善好施,爱国济民。在大力倡导优秀传统文化,以家风建设为突破口,努力以德兴国立人、加强干部廉政建设的过程中,传统家训中的“廉洁”“廉政”思想彰显出其宝贵的时代价值,将发挥其永不衰竭的文化价值和作用。
