为缩短工程时间,尽快创造效益,某厂高炉扩容大修工程采取高炉在线生产、异地新建和推移原地的策略,并对高炉大修前期在线生产控制系统进行了研发。某厂高炉扩容大修整体工程,为了满足原高炉的正常生产,部分需要提前施工的工程只能利用高炉定休的间隙逐步完成,要求前期实施的工程既要保障原高炉的正常生产,又要保证大修后高炉能够正常应用,技术难度较大。
