据日本“CAMP-ISIJ”,1990,(4)报道日本住友金属工业公司针对连铸板坯皮下针孔缺陷问题,通过对针孔内的气体分析,并使针孔的起源与针孔气泡的捕捉两个方面,研究了针孔生成的机理。 1 针孔缺陷的产生状况从板坯距顶部0.5mm部位切取厚5mm×30×30mm方形试样,作x线透射照相,进行了针孔直径的分布调查和针孔气泡内的气体分析。发现针孔是在板坯宽面方向的中央部位较多,并检查出其所含气体是N_2、Ar两种(见图1、2)。
