在通过三角模糊数对失效模式的评价因素进行综合评价的基础上,提出了一种基于灰色区间关联和正负理想解法的AUV软件失效模式风险程度定量评估方法,并通过各失效模式风险程度评估系数的取值确定了各失效模式的风险顺序.多种方法的对比实验结果表明:该方法有效地解决了现有FMEA方法的局限性以及O,S,D为区间数值的问题,全面地反映出各失效模式风险程度之间的差异,提高了SFMEA方法在水下机器人系统中应用的准确性.
Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation factors of the failure modes by triangular fuzzy numbers, a quantitative assessment method of the risk degree of the failure modes of AUV software based on gray interval correlation and positive and negative ideal solution is proposed. Through the evaluation of the risk degree of each failure mode, The value of the coefficient determines the risk order of each failure mode.Comparative experimental results show that this method effectively solves the limitations of the existing FMEA method and the problem of O, S, D for the interval values, and fully reflects The difference between the failure modes and the degree of risk increases the accuracy of the SFMEA method applied to underwater robotic systems.
