对于优质石料缺乏地区,嵌入式抗滑表层修筑技术(HRA)通过有效提高资源利用率能够显著降低的抗滑表层修筑成本。对国内外HRA抗滑性能已有研究成果进行系统总结和分析的基础上,分析了撒铺层粒径、撒铺层撒铺量和嵌入层级配对抗滑表层构造深度和摩擦系数的影响,表明只要控制好施工工艺,嵌入式抗滑表层能够满足现行路面抗滑性能规范技术要求。根据本研究设计修筑的试验路也表明,采用嵌入式抗滑表层修筑技术可以达到现行路面抗滑性能规范技术要求。
For areas with high quality stone scarcity, Embedded Skid Resistance Building Technology (HRA) significantly reduces the cost of anti-slip surface construction by effectively improving resource utilization. Based on the systematic summarization and analysis of the existing research results of anti-skid properties of HRA both at home and abroad, the influence of the particle size of spatula, the spreading amount of spatula and the pavement depth and coefficient of friction on the anti-skid surface are described. As long as the construction process control, embedded anti-skid surface can meet the current anti-skid performance specifications of the technical requirements. The test road constructed and designed according to this study also shows that the technical requirements for the anti-skid performance specification of the current road surface can be achieved by adopting the embedded skid-resistant surface construction technology.
