在我国制造业转型升级的今天,技能型人才的缺口依然很大。在刚刚闭幕的全国两会上,加强培养一流技能型人才成为不少代表委员热议的话题。比如全国政协委员、中华全国总工会党组成员李守镇在发言中公布了一组数据:在日本,整个产业工人队伍中的高级技工占比为40%,德国则达到50%。而在我国,这一比例仅为5%左右,全国高级技工缺口近1000万人。打造更多“大国工匠”已是当务之急。制造强国的呼唤跻身全球第二大经济体的中国,有约二百二十多种工业品产量居世界第一,是名副其实的制造业大国,但大而不强正是我国制造业面临的尴尬局面。
Today, the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China, the gap of skilled personnel is still great. At the just concluded two sessions of the NPC, it has become a hot topic for many delegates to step up fostering first-rate skilled personnel. For example, Li Shou-zhen, member of the CPPCC National Committee and a member of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, released a set of figures in his speech: In Japan, the proportion of senior technicians in the entire industrial workforce is 40% and in Germany it is 50%. In our country, this proportion is only about 5%, and the gap of senior technicians in the country is nearly 10 million. Building more “big country craftsman ” is a top priority. Building a Strong Power Calling China, the second largest economy in the world, has more than 220 kinds of industrial products ranking the first in the world and is a veritable manufacturing power. However, being large and not strong is just an embarrassment facing China’s manufacturing industry situation.
