The S3 highway, an important part of the Shanghai Expressway Network, is a trans-provincial expressway linking Pudong to Fengxian, Lingang New City and Hangzhou Bay Waterfront. From the project background, project overview, function positioning, the main technical standards, the overall program, the key node programs and other aspects of the S3 highway design made a more comprehensive introduction.
