进入21世纪,职业教育异军突起,并在全国迅速成长。党中央、国务院高度重视我国职业教育的发展。从1993年中共中央、国务院发布《中国教育改革和发展纲要》,到1996年《中华人民共和国职业教育法》的颁发实施,到1999年《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》发布,再到2002年《国务院关于大力推进职业教育改革的决定》和2005年《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》出台。多年来,党中央、国务院制定了一系列推动职业教育发展的重大方针政策,对我国职业教育的发展起到重要的推动作用。现在,一个以中等职业教育为主体,初等、中等、高等职业教育相衔接,与普通教育相沟通,学历教育和职业培训并举的职业教育体系框架已基本形成,多层次、多渠道、多种类的职业教育网络也初具规模。
In the 21st century, vocational education has emerged as a new force and has rapidly grown throughout the country. The Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of vocational education in our country. From 1993, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council released the “Outline of Education Reform and Development in China” to the promulgation and implementation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Vocational Education” in 1996. By the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening Educational Reform and Promoting Quality-oriented Education in an All-round Way” in 1999, Released, and then “in 2002 the State Council on vigorously promoting the reform of vocational education decision” and 2005 “State Council on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education” promulgated. Over the years, the Party Central Committee and the State Council have formulated a series of major guidelines and policies to promote the development of vocational education, playing an important role in promoting the development of vocational education in our country. At present, the framework of a vocational education system that takes secondary vocational education as its main body and connects elementary, secondary and tertiary vocational education with general education, with academic education and vocational training at the same time has basically taken shape. A multi-level, multi-channel and multi-type Vocational education network has begun to take shape.
