目的探索精益管理降低手术器械准备缺陷的效果。方法应用精益管理方法分析手术器械准备缺陷的原因并采取相应措施。结果应用精益管理后术前器械准备缺陷率明显低于应用前,医生满意度较实施前明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精益管理方法应用于手术器械准备取得了满意效果,保证手术的顺利完成,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担,提高了护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of reducing the preparation defect of surgical instruments by lean management. Methods Lean management methods were used to analyze the reasons for the preparation of defects and to take corresponding measures. Results The preoperative instrumental preparation defect rate was significantly lower than that before the application of lean management, and the satisfaction of doctors was significantly higher than that before the implementation. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The lean management method applied to the preparation of surgical instruments has achieved satisfactory results, to ensure the successful completion of surgery, reduce patient suffering and financial burden, and improve the quality of care.
