一、胶原病1.概念随着研究深入,最近本症概念发生很大变化。最有代表性的是类风湿性关节炎(RA)。过去认为RA是一非特异性慢性炎症性疾病。但仔细观察滑膜增殖性病变,炎症四大主征并不明确。发病经过多年的RA,往往是肿、疼有余,而红、热不足,从而作者对RA是“炎症性疾病”产生疑问。现在人们冲出了RA非特异性炎症学说,提倡间叶肿瘤说这一新的疾病概念,并对此而发表了若干研究成果。
