超限超载运输是公路的隐形杀手,但由于诸多原因,要想根治十分困难。四川省达州市达县路政大队抓住今年迎国检和国道210线大修之机,采取政府主导、部门配合、治超站点卸载,全线严查,厂矿企业源头堵截等多种手段,开展为期一个月的集中治超行动,检查货运车辆3000辆次,查出超限车辆800辆次,劝返超限车辆260辆次,卸载货物500余吨,堵住源头车辆1500辆次,将超限率控制在了6%以下。严打一个月,超限率才被控制下来,治超怎么这么难?
