职工在工会活动中的积极参与对工会保持活力、提高凝聚力、增进工人对工会的认同度、实现工会团结等来说意义重大。在西方学术界中,理解会员的工会参与行为,是许多研究者一直关注的问题。本文对那些基于组织行为视角的工会参与研究进行回顾,主要包括两方面:(1)“工会参与”概念及其测量的发展;(2)从组织行为视角对“工会参与”影响因素的探索及其理论贡献。此外还将讨论基于西方背景所发展的“工会参与”理论应用于中国工会研究时的机遇和挑战。
The active participation of workers in trade union activities is of great significance to maintaining the vitality of the trade unions, enhancing cohesion, enhancing workers’ recognition of unions, and unification of trade unions. In western academia, understanding the trade union participation of members is a problem that many researchers have been paying attention to. This article reviews the trade union participation studies based on the organizational behavior perspective, which mainly includes two aspects: (1) the concept of “union participation” and the development of measurement; (2) the influence of “union participation” from the perspective of organizational behavior Exploration of Factors and Their Theoretical Contributions. In addition, opportunities and challenges arising from the application of the “union participation” theory developed in the western context to the study of trade unions in China will also be discussed.
