目前肉鸡监管档案因构建逐日完善,群众对监管档案的评价越来越高,《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》和《畜牧法》的基本要求是肉鸡养殖以及肉鸡产品加工必须要满足的,世界卫生OIE中对食品卫生的要求,也是肉鸡产品在生产过程中必须满足的基本要求,生产AA绿色禽产品,这样才能突破肉鸡饲养、出口的瓶颈,要从基础饲养开始做好肉鸡监管档案工作。
At present, the regulatory files of broiler chickens have been improved day by day and the masses have been getting more and more high evaluation of regulatory files. The basic requirements of the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Animal Husbandry Law are that broiler breeding and broiler product processing must meet the requirements of the World Health Organization OIE food hygiene requirements, but also broiler products in the production process must meet the basic requirements of the production of AA green poultry products, so as to break the broiler breeding, export bottlenecks, we should start from the basic feeding of broiler file management.
