1982~1983年比较了含有卫星RNA 的黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)S51和CMV分离物的寄主范围、症状反应和蚜虫传染的特性。对属于8科25种以蔬菜为主的植物的接种和回接实验证明:S51比CMV 的寄主范围窄得多,只侵染茄科、葫芦科和藜科中的10种植物,CMV 侵染6科的20种植物。S51除在西葫芦的部分植株上有花叶症状外,均无症状;而CMV 能引起重花叶、畸形和坏死等症状。桃蚜对S51的传染效率比CMV 低,潜育期延长2~6天。用S51免疫青椒后10、15、20、30天后接种CMV,其保护率分别为83.3%、95.7%、93.7%和78.9%。免疫15~20天时有较好的保护作用。S51对青椒株高有抑制作用,增加侧枝生长,使门果数增加,早期增产13.7~25.4%。
The host range, symptom response and aphid infestation of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) S51 and CMV isolates containing satellite RNA were compared between 1982 and 1983. Inoculation and backcrossing experiments on 25 vegetable-based plants belonging to 8 families showed that S51 had much narrower host range than CMV and only invaded 10 plants in Solanaceae, Cucurbitaceae and Chenopodiaceae. CMV infection Six species of 20 species of plants. S51 except for some plants in the zucchini mosaic symptoms, no symptoms; and CMV can cause heavy mosaic, deformity and necrosis and other symptoms. Myzus persicae infection rate of S51 is lower than that of CMV, and the latent period is extended by 2 ~ 6 days. After vaccinating the green pepper with S51, the protective rates of CMV were 83.3%, 95.7%, 93.7% and 78.9% after 10, 15, 20 and 30 days respectively. Immune 15 to 20 days when there is a better protective effect. S51 inhibited the plant height of green pepper, increased the growth of collateral branches and increased the number of door fruits, which increased 13.7-25.4% in the early stage.
