白菜在我国仍然是市场消费者主要蔬菜之一,它不仅含有大量的水分,纤维素,还含有维生素及各种氨基酸,营养极为丰富。随着人们物质生活的提高,对膳食营养调剂的逐渐深化,近年来,在进行白菜产量育种的同时,对白菜品质育种已开始引起重视。我们根据两年来白菜氨基酸测定结果进行了分析研究,认为测定白菜各种氨基酸的含量,查明白菜体内氨基酸的种类和变化规律,对白菜品质育种是大有裨益的。
Chinese cabbage is still one of the main vegetables in the market for consumers. It contains not only a large amount of water, cellulose, but also vitamins and various amino acids, and the nutrition is extremely rich. With the improvement of people’s material life and the gradual deepening of the adjustment of diet and nutrition, in recent years, the quality breeding of cabbage has begun to pay more attention to the yield breeding of cabbage. According to the results of amino acid determination of cabbage in the past two years, we analyzed the contents of amino acids in cabbage and determined the types and variation of amino acids in cabbage. It is of great benefit to the quality breeding of cabbage.
