10月9日,北约正式组成一支新的多国部队,指挥部设在罗马尼亚南部城市克拉约瓦,以罗马尼亚的一个旅为主体,来自波兰、意大利、西班牙、葡萄牙、加拿大等其他九国人员参加,部队人数将达4000人。北约欲藉此扩大在黑海地区的军事存在,制衡俄罗斯在该地区的军力增长,但“黑海新军”内有分歧,实力有限,指望其彰显北约实力,抢夺黑海主导权实为海市蜃楼,不过其固化地区冲突、以火止沸升级对俄矛盾恐在所难免。
On October 9, NATO formally formed a new multinational force with its headquarters in Craiova, the southern Romanian city. It is mainly composed of a Brigade of Romania and other nine countries including Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Canada The troops will reach 4,000. NATO intends to expand its military presence in the Black Sea area and check Russia’s military growth in the region. However, there are differences within the “Black Sea New Army” and its strength is limited. It hopes that it will demonstrate NATO’s strength and grab the dominant power in the Black Sea as a mirage. However, it is inevitable that the clashes between the two countries will not be resolved until the conflict between the two countries is cured.
