一、确定班组建设的目标班组建设的总目标,是培养一支“有理想,有道德,有文化,有技术,有纪律”的“能征善战”的员工队伍,把企业生产一线的各个班组都建成“四无七好”班组.“四无”即:无窜岗、无空岗、无睡岗、无混岗.“七好”即:政治风气好,遵守纪律好,文明生产好,完成任务好,技术学习好,团结友爱好,市场意识好.有了明确的目标,班组建设才有方向,才能落到实处,抓出成效.二、班组建设的动力班组建设动力可用如下模式简图表示:
