采用正交试验法进行分组实验,分析载荷、转速、摩擦系数之间的关系,利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析试块磨损后的表面形貌,研究了载荷和速度对铜基粉末冶金材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在同一转速下,载荷越高、摩擦系数越高;在同一载荷下,转速与摩擦系数之间不成比例,载荷、速度和摩擦系数之间存在一个平衡区域,在平衡区域内,材料的摩擦磨损性能达到最佳状态。
The experiment of grouping was carried out by orthogonal test. The relationship between load, rotational speed and coefficient of friction was analyzed. The surface morphology of the specimen after wear was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
