本文介绍了一种最近研制的自适应激光谐振腔控制器。该控制器用于对激光谐振腔内的象差进行实时校正,从而提高激光器的输出功率,改善其输出的光束质量。该控制器采用8098微处理器进行运算处理,其运行速度快,处理能力强。由于系统采用软件控制,因而其可靠性高,控制灵活,方便。
This article describes a recently developed adaptive laser cavity controller. The controller is used for real-time correction of the aberration in the laser cavity to improve the laser output power and improve the output beam quality. The controller uses 8098 microprocessor for computing, its running speed, processing power. As the system uses software control, so its high reliability, control flexibility and convenience.
