目的:调查福建省感染科护士核心能力现状并分析相关因素，为感染科护士的分层培训、考核等提供量化依据，同时为感染科护理人力资源管理及政策的制定提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样方法选取2019年8～9月福建省二级甲等及以上医院的感染科护士419名，应用一般资料调查表和中国护士核心能力量表对其进行调查分析。结果:419名福建省感染科护士核心能力总分(145.21±41.74)分，核心能力7个维度中，伦理与法律实践得分(2.72±0.80)分，其次为评判性思维和科研能力(2.68±0.73)分，临床护理、教育与咨询得分最低，分别为(2.57±0.80)分、(2.54±0.84)分。单因素分析结果显示，年龄、护龄、技术职称对护理核心能力评分的差异均有统计学意义(n P<0.05)；多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、护龄、技术职称是影响护士核心能力的主要因素(n P<0.05)。n 结论:福建省感染科护士的核心能力中等，仍有较大提升空间，应着重加强教育与咨询及临床护理能力的培养。“,”Objective:To investigate the current situation of core competence of nurses in infection department of Fujian province and analyze related factors, so as to provide quantitative basis for hierarchical training and assessment of nurses in infection department, and provide reference for human resource management and policy formulation in infection department.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 419 nurses from the infection department of Second-Grade A and above hospitals in Fujian province from August to September 2019. The general data questionnaire and the Chinese Nurse Core Competence Scale were used to investigate and analyze them.Results:The total score of core competence of 419 nurses in the department of infectious disease in Fujian province was (145.21±41.74)points.Among the seven dimensions of core competence, ethics and legal practice scored the highest score of (2.72±0.80)points, followed by critical thinking and scientific research ability of (2.68±0.73)points, and clinical nursing, education and consultation scored the lowest score of (2.57±0.80) points and (2.54±0.84)points, respectively.Single factor analysis results showed that age, nursing age, technical title of nursing core competence score difference had statistical significance (n P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, nursing age and technical title were the main factors affecting the core competence of nurses (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The core competence of nurses in infection department in Fujian province is medium, and there is still a large room for improvement. The cultivation of education, consultation and clinical nursing ability should be emphasized.
