近日整理家父张明远的遗物时,发现了周黎扬先生的回忆文章。周先生生前是江苏省政协委员、南京农业大学基础课系俄语教授。他曾是早期中共党员,1930年至1931年曾与家父一起在国民党天津第三监狱坐牢,并参加中共秘密党支部领导的绝食斗争,出狱后去苏联期间加入了联共。1938年至1943年他曾担任南京政府军事委员会军令部苏联首席顾问翻译、总翻译官、顾问事务处译员股股长等职。本文回忆了他在任职期间参加蒋介石主持召开的汇报会,南岳会议及陪同代总顾问到各战区视察的有关情况。新中国成立后,周黎扬经有关部门批准,恢复其中共组织关系。——张晓霁
When finishing the relics of his father Zhang Mingyuan recently, he found the memoir of Mr. Zhou Liyang. Mr. Zhou was a member of Jiangsu CPPCC and a professor of Russian at the basic course of Nanjing Agricultural University. He was a member of the early Communist Party of China. From 1930 to 1931, he was with his father in jail at the Kuomintang’s Third Prison in Tianjin and participated in the hunger strike under the leadership of the secret party branch of the Chinese Communist Party. After joining the Soviet Union, he joined the All-China Communist Party. From 1938 to 1943, he served as chief adviser to the Soviet Union in the military order of the Nanjing Military Commission, chief translator, chief translator of the Soviet Union, chief of the translator’s office of the Advisory Services Branch. This article recalls his participation in a briefing hosted by Chiang Kai-shek during his term of office, the Nanyue Conference and the visit to the theater by accompanying chief consultants. After the founding of New China, Zhou Liyang was approved by the departments concerned to resume the relations with the CPC. - Zhang Xiao 霁
