应用型大学学报除了可以作为反映应用型大学教学科研成果的窗口外,还可以为应用型大学培养人才作出贡献。首先,可与应用型大学所需要的“双师型”师资队伍建设紧密结合,帮助培养、塑造教师的“双师型”素质;其次,可以帮助青年教师更快地成长;第三,可以为应用型大学培养研究生服务;最后,可以开展应用性的教育、教学研究,进一步促进应用型大学的建设。
Applied University Journal can not only serve as a window reflecting the teaching and research achievements of applied universities, but also contribute to cultivating talents in applied universities. First of all, it can be closely integrated with the construction of “double-qualified teachers” team required by applied universities to help train and shape teachers’ “double-teacher” quality; secondly, it can help young teachers to grow faster; Third, we can train graduate students for applied universities.
