目的探讨加味四妙散协同秋水仙碱运用于对急性痛风性关节炎患者进行治疗中的效果。方法抽取2016年3月—2017年1月到该院诊治的急性痛风性关节炎患者150例,分为两组,75例对照组采用秋水仙碱进行治疗,75例试验组采用加味四妙散协同秋水仙碱进行治疗,并比较分析两组患者的治疗成效、症状体征评分与不良反应的发生率等。结果对比发现,试验组经治疗后的治疗成效、症状体征评分与不良反应的发生率都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味四妙散协同秋水仙碱运用于对急性痛风性关节炎患者进行治疗中有显著效果,值得推广与运用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Simiao Powder combined with colchicine in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute gouty arthritis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groups, 75 patients in the control group were treated with colchicine, and 75 patients in the test group were treated with Modified Si Miao Powder Colchicine colchicine treatment, and comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with treatment efficacy, symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions. The results showed that the results of the treatment group, symptom and symptom score, and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Simiao Powder combined with colchicine in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis have a significant effect, it is worth to promote and use.
