主要研究了一种非酸催化剂钛酸四乙酯在酯化反应中的应用。采用非酸催化剂钛酸四乙酯作催化剂合成了马来酸二戊酯、马来酸二己酯、马来酸二庚酯和马来酸二异辛酯,并确定出了反应的工艺条件。得到的最终产品的结构通过红外光谱分析和元素分析进行了表征,产品的收率达98%以上。实验结果表明利用钛酸四乙酯作催化剂对上述酯的合成反应催化活性高,反应条件温和,制备的工艺流程简单,得到的产品纯度高,在酯化时间内酯化率均可达98%以上。
The main research of a non-acid catalyst tetraethyl titanate esterification reaction. Dipentyl maleate, dihexyl maleate, diheptyl maleate and diisooctyl maleate were synthesized by using non-acid catalyst tetraethyl titanate as catalyst. The reaction conditions were determined . The structure of the final product was characterized by IR and elemental analysis. The yield of the product was over 98%. The experimental results show that the use of tetraethyl titanate as catalyst for the synthesis of the ester catalyst has high catalytic activity and mild reaction conditions, the preparation process is simple, the purity of the product obtained is high, the esterification rate can reach 98% during the esterification time, the above.
