某车间成品油储罐液压安全阀以45号变压器油作为单一液封油时,液封底部冷凝水低温结冰致使液压安全阀失效。选用-50号乙二醇防冻液作为液压安全阀的下层液封,45号变压器油作为上层液,组成复合型液封,用其取代单一式液封后,解决了液压安全阀底部凝结水结冰的问题,可在低温环境中安全运行。将液压安全阀丝堵改造为带直排阀的短接,可以有效控制排液的流速,提高了维护操作的安全性和工作效率。
