新泰市把下岗职工再就业培训作为提高劳动者素质,促进下岗职工再就业的一项根本措施来抓,再就业培训工作取得明显成效。目前,全市共免费开展再就业培训18期,组织下岗职工参加职业指导和职业技能培训4108人次,结业率达100%,再就业率达64%。1.制定政策措施,确保培训工作顺利开展。针对下岗职工普遍存在的年龄偏大、文化素质偏低、技能单一、竞争就业能力较差等问题,新泰市把下岗职工再就业培训作为再就业工作的重中之重。该市以市委、市政府的名义下发了《关于认真做好下岗职工再就业培训的意见》,制定切实可行的培训目标,明确了培训任务,提出对所有
