“实现地方经济的转型发展,理财观念首先要提档升级!”——说这话的,正是江苏省东台市财政局局长朱厚明,一位知民情、解民生的老财政。从乡镇财政所,到市政府办公室,到市财政局,他在基层财政一线摸爬滚打了20多年。在朱厚明任职东台市财政局长的10年间,东台财政经历了从总量苏北领先到质效同步提升的历史跨越。财政事业的良眭发展,为东台顺应经济新常态,有质量有效益可持续发展提供了坚强保证。
