石黄高速公路K15+200—K32+720段为原307国道二级专用公路车遭全封闭全立交。中央3.0m分隔带;两侧3.75×2米行车道,内侧0.75m的路缘带;外侧3.25m硬路肩,0.5m的土路肩。本段旧路路基宽20.5m,其中北侧二级汽车专用公路12m,与其相连的南侧慢车道8.5m。旧路北邻石津运渠。二级专用公路旧路面宽9m,北侧1.5m土路肩,路面1.5%单向坡向石津渠内排水。旧路二级汽车专用公路路面南侧中间1.5m的绿化分隔带。南侧慢车道7米的行车道;两侧0.75m的土路肩,旧二级汽车
