数控机床的电气故障分为数控系统故障(由NC单元的故障检测程序检测)和机械控制故障(由PLC的故障检测程序检测)两大类,本讲介绍由PLC检测的故障和提供的报警信息。大隈公司本身是一个数控机床生产厂家,对国内使用OKUMA OSP系统的机床厂家大多采用“交钥匙工程”方式,所以PLC设计的标准化、模块化和通用化程序较高,虽然本讲介绍的PLC报警信息和相应的故障处理方法有相当的普遍性,但仍然应以机床生产厂家提供的机床使用说明书为准。由于一个故障产生的原因是多种多样的,所以这里只能作一般的介绍,维惨人员应根据具体情况进行具体分析,下面所述的内容仅供参考。
