目的探讨运用循证医学指导治疗脑卒中的经济学效益.方法应用循证医学治疗脑卒中和短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者,并与对照组进行疗效比较.结果应用循证医学治疗脑卒中、TIA可以明显降低住院费用,且不影响疗效.结论随着循证医学的发展完善,其对神经系统疾病的治疗具有重要意义.
