本文以苏、浙、粤3省企业集群及其产业技术基础的“非均质”特征为出发点,在提出并论证独特技术型和小规模技术型两种原发型企业集群、“嵌入式”和“融入式”两种后发型集群的基础上,以苏、浙、粤3省为案例,从企业集群与外商直接投资(FDI)之间技术水平是否对接、产业是否同构及上下游关联等方面比较研究了3省企业集群与外资的关联性,并利用可得到的投入-产出数据,从产业感应度和产业影响力等方面,实证分析和比较了3省企业集群与FDI的关联性与关联效率。
