对藏北当雄平均海拔4200m以上的高寒沼泽化草甸亚类优势种藏北嵩草种质资源进行了群落组成、生长发育特性、繁殖特性、种子发芽率、牧草品质等方面的试验研究。结果表明:藏北嵩草平均株高30cm,5月中上旬返青,10月初枯黄,枯黄期来临前粗蛋白质含量迅速降低;野生藏北嵩草种子产量为15.32kg/hm2,当年采集的种子在贮藏3个月后发芽率为62%,经1%浓度NaOH溶液处理后种子发芽率为72%;藏北嵩草叶量丰富,产草量较高,适口性较好,属于良等牧草。建议藏北嵩草在8月刈割后调制成青干草,作为冬春季补饲饲草。
The community composition, growth and development characteristics, reproductive characteristics, seed germination rate and forage quality of the Populus tomentosa populations were investigated in the subtropical marsh meadow of alpine swamp meadow at a height above 4200 m in northern Tibet. The results showed that the average height of Kobresia pygmaea in northern Tibet was 30 cm, and the green plants returned to green in early May. In early October, the content of crude protein decreased rapidly. The content of wild Kobresia koreanum seed was 15.32 kg / hm2. After 3 months of storage, the germination rate was 62%. The seed germination rate was 72% after treatment with 1% NaOH solution. The leaves of Kobresia koreanum were abundant, with high yield and good palatability. It is suggested that the Kobresia koreanum is planted in green hay after cutting in August and used as forage grass in winter and spring.
