自素质教育全面推行以来,教育部多次对高中历史学科的教育思路、教育观念、教育内容以及教育目标进行了大刀阔斧的改革,更加重视高中学生知识和能力的提高,情感、态度和价值观的培养,使之越来越适应我国的社会主义现代化建设和当今世界教育发展的趋势。在这种改革形势下,高中历史教师素质的培养就显得格外的重要。
Since the full implementation of quality education, the Ministry of Education has carried out drastic reforms on the educational ideas, educational concepts, educational contents, and educational goals of high school history disciplines. It has paid more attention to the improvement of high school students’ knowledge and ability, and the training of emotions, attitudes, and values. To make it more and more adaptable to China’s socialist modernization and the current world education development trend. Under this kind of reform situation, the cultivation of senior middle school teachers’ quality is particularly important.
