目的为总结高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗宫颈病变的护理经验。方法对220例宫颈病变患者采用高频电波刀手术治疗,并加强术前术后护理。结果护理工作对LEEP治疗效果起到了至关重要的作用。结论做好高频电波刀治疗宫颈病变的护理,缩短了术后阴道排液、出血的时间,促进了伤口愈合,大大提高了手术成功率,减少了并发症。
The purpose is to summarize the nursing experience of high frequency electrosurgical knife (LEEP) treatment of cervical lesions. Methods A total of 220 cases of cervical lesions were treated by high frequency electric wave knife, and the preoperative and postoperative nursing was strengthened. Results Nursing efforts played a crucial role in the treatment of LEEP. Conclusion The treatment of cervical lesion with high frequency electric wave knife can shorten the time of postoperative vaginal discharge and bleeding and promote wound healing, greatly improving the success rate of operation and reducing the complications.
