酸性土壤交换性钙镁的测定常规分析采用EDTA络合滴定法,由于方法的灵敏度低,在操作中需称出较大量样品;由于醋酸铵提取液的存在影响pH调节,故在滴定前需将提取液蒸发除去,手续颇繁。本文应用灵敏度较高的偶氮氯磷酉光度法测定交换性钙和二甲苯胺蓝Ⅰ胶束增溶光度法测定交换性镁,免除了上述两方面的缺点。实验结果表明,拟订的方法符合于简、快、准、省的快速测定要求,现将方法叙述于后。

The experimental results show that the proposed method conforms to the rapid determination requirements of simple, fast, accurate and provincial. The method is described later.
