党的三中全会以来,中国农村正经历着一场重大的改革。四年多的实践证明:这场改革使农民得以休养生息。不但解决了基本的温饱问题,而且激发和调动了广大农民的生产积极性和创造性,这种积极性和创造性所焕发出的冲天干劲,开创了我国农业自建国以来最令人鼓舞的新局面,这说明中国农村的变迁有着深刻的经济和社会原因。本文拟从动态上对它的客观必然性及其承包经济的发展前途作些初步的探索。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the Party, rural China is experiencing a major reform.
