为了提高旋转煤粉分离器的性能,提出了一种新型弯扭动叶旋转煤粉分离器,并采用Flu-ent软件对其进行了数值模拟,同时与直叶旋转煤粉分离器的模拟结果进行了比较.结果表明:弯扭动叶旋转煤粉分离器流场分布较均匀,具有较好的分离特性、较低的通风阻力及转子功耗,为旋转煤粉分离器的制造及改造提供了新的选择途径,对分离器分离效率的提高及电厂的节能降耗有重要意义.
