破碎与磨矿是矿石加工处理过程中的一个非常重要的工序。据统计,70年代国外经过破碎和磨碎加工的矿石量年均约25亿吨。在选矿厂中,破碎与磨矿所耗电量约占全厂总电量的50~55%。近百年来,人们为了降低电耗而寻找有效的破碎和磨矿方法,作了大量地探索和试验研究。本文将就这方面的技术作一展望。
Crushing and grinding is a very important process in the ore processing. According to statistics, the amount of foreign ore crushed and ground in the 1970s is about 2.5 billion tons annually. In the concentrator, crushing and grinding power consumption accounts for about 50 ~ 55% of the total plant electricity. In the past century, people have made great efforts to explore and test the research in order to reduce the power consumption and find effective methods of crushing and grinding. This article will look at the technology in this area.
