近年来,肺脓肿患者的治疗已经越来越多的采用低强度激光照射。血管内血液激光照射(ВСЛОК)是治疗肺脓肿患者的一种最新治疗方法。由于它可以引起生物分子结构的光诱导变化,因而能增强细胞的生物合成代谢作用;同时,此疗法能促使酶系统活化,减少内源性中毒的水平,增强免疫能力。 材料与方法:47例肺脓肿患者使用ВСЛОК进行综合治疗(男性39例,女性8例,年龄为13~72岁),其中急性或慢性肺内脓肿43例(伴胸腔积脓22例),肺坏疽伴支气管胸膜瘘、完全性胸腔积脓4例。多数的致病菌为革兰氏阴性需氧菌,17例为坏疽性
In recent years, the treatment of patients with lung abscess has been increasingly used low-intensity laser irradiation. Intravascular blood laser irradiation (ВСЛОК) is a new treatment for patients with lung abscess. Because it can induce photo-induced changes in the structure of biomolecules, it can enhance the biosynthesis and metabolism of cells; at the same time, this therapy can promote the activation of the enzyme system, reduce the level of endogenous poisoning, and enhance immunity. Materials and Methods: 47 patients with lung abscess were treated with ВСЛОК (39 males, 8 females, aged 13-72 years), 43 of them were acute or chronic pulmonary abscesses (22 with thoracic empyema), lungs Gangrene with bronchial fistula and complete pleural empyema in 4 cases. The majority of pathogens were Gram-negative aerobes, and 17 were gangrene.
